One of the miniature pillars inside the Chicano Park Museum which includes the mission and purpose of the San Diego-based cultural center. Painted in black on this cream-colored pillar are images that can be found outside in Chicano Park.

According to the museum caption, Ramsés Noriega created this announcement for a 1976 rally in Los Angeles featuring speakers Bishop Juan Alfredo Arzube and Congressman Edward Roybal. The artist used his own green card as the format to announce this event at the Embassy Auditorium.
