#Chichester10k on Sunday. Started well with a 15:30 first 5k, but couldn’t hold it! Finished in 31:35 for my 2nd fastest 10k, and held on to 🥈 in the British Masters 10k Championships for V40.
I wasn’t really ready to go for sub-31, but that remains a goal for 2026, after the marathon!

My #Chichester10k finish position has been changed overnight to 912, exactly the same as my race number! 😂
Enjoyed the #Chichester10k this morning. My chip time was 53:15, well inside my 55 mins target. Even the rain eased off! Thanks to the organisers & marshalls for a great event. #Goodwood #running
Couldn’t be prouder of this group and more blessed to be a part of it. Plenty of PBs yesterday at the #Chichester10k and great results. Can’t wait to be back out there!
