Child maintenance service is an absolute joke!!! Waited an hour to try and talk to someone but had to hang up as had to get to an appointment and so far have waited 20 minutes! Does anyone actually work there? #childmaintenanceservice

👎 It's clear from our focus groups with both resident and non-residents parents, that the #ChildMaintenanceService is failing both sets of parents.

👶 What's best for the health & wellbeing of the child MUST be the focus of how we reform the CMS.
