For #ChildrensMentalHeathWeek, we're spotlighting our new mental health app directory which helps children and young people to find safe and trusted mental health apps covering topics from anxiety and low mood to challenges with sleep problems and eating. Visit it at: https://ow.ly/U0Gc50Y66Ip
Today we’re marking the start of #ChildrensMentalHeathWeek 💛
In REAch2 schools, we see every day how important it is for children to feel safe, included and happy to come to school. When children feel they belong, they grow in confidence and feel more able to share what’s on their mind.
This week is #ChildrensMentalHeathWeek and this year's theme is "This is My Place." If you are feeling isolated and alone with #JIA, please know that we are here as "your place" for your family and your children to belong as part of the JAR community.
