NY jury urged to acquit suspect in Chinatown slayings by reason of insanity Marnie Zien from the Legal Aid Society said there would be no justice in holding the 31-year-old Santos criminally liable for actions he took in a state of psychosis.

In closing statements today, defense lawyer for #ChinatownHomelessMurders suspect #RandySantos urged the jury to find his client not guilty by reason of insanity (and send him for years of #InvoluntaryTreatment), rather than guilty (and jail him for life).
