Church near Chipping Ongar is 'world's oldest wooden church' St Andrew's in Greensted has links to a martyred Anglo-Saxon king - and the earliest trade unionists.

Beautiful church. I’ve visited many times and shamelessly took it and placed it in Tenhamshire in DRIVEN TO DISTRACTION, using it in a particularly moving, very personal scene. Well worth a visit.
