無計画にスーパーへ行ったら、サーモンのサクが2割引だったので、ちらし寿司にしました。
細かく切ったのは混ぜ込み、ぶつ切りは上に乗せてます。

シソとゴマを散らして美味しく出来たんですけど、錦糸卵忘れました。
