My colleague did this in Lockdown & had 60+ orders. Started in April to actually achieve this!
She sent some to Ireland and they're fine in the post with some cellophane, bubble wrap & stiff box
She used eggs & dairy though. :'(

Picture of two x 8 inch and 3 x 4 inch Christmas cakes just after being fed with rum. These will be sent out to relatives as presents. It's a very indulgent recipe with lots of moist fruit, and very boozy.
I know it would take a lot of trust in terms of orders, payment and fulfillment, but I'm seriously considering doing these to order I 2025.
