I share this because when I say I have multiple invisible chronic illnesses and am a #ChronicallyIllAF performer I mean just that.
Sometimes these illnesses keep me in the bed unable to move for days and other times I have to wear tennis shoes for comfort and sit down to sing after a few hours.
