From 2022-24, the global avg. remained largely unchanged, while the avg. score:
- ⬆️ in the #Americas, #Europe, & South-East #Asia, but
- ⬇️ in low- & high-income countries 🌍
The 🆕 edition of our #CigaretteTaxScorecard shows that #cigarette tax policies improved in 54 countries from 2022-24 📈
At the same time, scores ⬇️ in 44 countries.
