The popup menu from the Color Set Palette. "Register color set as material..." is selected. This will save the active color to Materials in Clip Studio Paint.

You can back up/save Color Sets to Materials in Clip Studio Paint by clicking the Hamburger menu in the top left corner of the Color Set palette and selecting 'Register color set as material.'
