🦃🍂 I have always made my pumpkin pie with condensed milk instead of evaporated milk (grew up eating pumpkin pie made with condensed milk). You get rid of the sugar in the recipe as the condensed milk is sweet enough, and it tastes really rich~ 🥧🦃

Tried to recreate a dish I enjoyed in San José a while back. The churro nacho plate with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce made from condensed milk which I ran in the sous vide for a few hours. A hit with the entire family who devoured it in seconds.
