The ever so stunning #Conospermum stoechadis! The flowers on these are just amazing! Like Synaphea they are Ballistically pollinated, where once the pollinator lands on it it explodes pollen all over the bee!

From a distance it may not scream #Proteaceae, but #Conospermum flexuosum definitely is! Otherwise known as the Tangled Smokebush, this species is found on the southwest corner in winter-wet areas and granite outcrops. It’s also named for its straggly zig-zagging inflorescences!
