Our Independent Living Service (WAM) team took part in the Autism Reality Experience. The hands-on session, followed by a reflective debrief, helped the team explore practical changes they can make to improve the lives of people we support.

Learning Snapshot: Stepping into Leadership with a Level 5 Diploma - “I love learning and once I had done my Level 3 Diploma and done some standalone level 2 qualifications, I knew I wanted to carry on expanding my mind. I have started my level 5 which is studying to foundation degree level. It is really pushing my brain to its current limit.
