I had a similar experience & eventually got the chatbot to refer me to a human by typing “wtf”. Human was no better, kept saying they would get back to me but never did. Finally closed my account and switched provider. Suddenly every human & British Gas wanted to speak to me. #CrapCustomerService

@dpd-uk.bsky.social I know times are hard for everyone but when your corier can’t even read numbers that’s a problem. Also a random box without label visible in any white window in the uk without any identifiable features is NOT proof of delivery. #crapCustomerService #dishonestCourier

#IInet doing their best to trash customer loyalty, sending emails to "old billing system" customers that your plan ends in March. No new offer to keep you at IInet, just get a new service before you lose your mobile number!
I thought we had BOTH signed a service contract???
