Theodore “Ted Talksalot” Grimsmark is the adoptive father of Rokket Incel, who he found in prison as his cell mate when Incel was a newborn. For 8 years, he had raised the kid to slowly phase out of his perverted tendencies and it helped him slowly gain more of his sanity back, but it was too late. On May 1st, 2010, Theodore Grimsmark was sentenced to the electric chair, never to be seen again, and his death was so brutal, it caused the police force to abandon the building. 11 years later, he was resurrected by his son and his girlfriend, November and wanders the abandoned asylum in hopes he’d find anyone who’d be nearby. (His nickname’s an ironic one because he was mute for most of his life, and only began talking when he was bullied by a known criminal he later killed, which got him arrested in the first place)
