A painting depicting the cryptid known as The Flatwoods Monster walking down a runway as paparazzi camera flashes inundate her. She is bringing up her iconic hood to cover the flashing lights. This painting was made with speedball ink done in both an ink wash as well as just the ink alone. I used a small square paint brush, a black ink marker, and dip pen with a tachikawa mangaka G pen nib. This painting is one of my favorites and I’m really satisfied with how the crosshatch shading and the background turned out.

The Flatwoods Monster is putting up her hood to cover the paparazzi flashes on the runway.
