This book really explores the rekindling of friendship and making space for grieving the past but allowing room for change. Chloe receives the best birthday gift, tickets to one of her favorite childhood boy band. But she has 2 additional tickets and the 2 people she wants to bring with her are her past best friends, Sienna and Ramona. Sienna, is the girl she crushed on as a kid. When she changed schools. Ramona who was crushing on Chloe made a move but Chloe didn’t know how to handle the change in the relationship dynamics and they all then fell apart. So, Chloe has the idea to ask them both to go on a road trip to Las Vegas with her and the 3 of them have to work through the fall out in their relationship, deal with the crushes that are still there and gearing up with growing in their lives. I loved this book so much. I loved the queer rep, the vast differences in the Latine identities and the ADHD rep with Chloe. I adored Chloe’s dad and seeing him also learn to let go and allow growth. I need more to read so I can talk with you about it!"
