Two bikes—one bakfits (to the left) and one cargo bike (to the right)—are locked on both ends of a staple cycle rack, positioned perpendicular to the rack since the rack is installed so close to the bush next to it, one side of it is totally useless.
This is a good cycle rack, but its placement leaves a lot to be desired. Here, my friend and I had to position our bikes like this to be able to lock both on it simultaneously.

This is what happens when a cycle rack designed to accommodate only the "conventional" cycles is used. A third person riding a cargo bike, trike, bakfiets or anything that would be out of luck.

Nine cycle racks installed against the wall, Each of htem is so small, the front wheel can barely be locked. Locking the frame is totally out of the question.
