March 31st is #NationalTacoDay in #Mexico, where there are hundreds of variations of this kind of traditional #Mexican street food. In central and south Mexico, the tortilla (soft flatbread) for tacos is made of corn and in the North wheat flour tortillas are used instead. #TacoDay #DíadelTaco
