Kara sat the man on the roof of what she assumed was his build as gently as she could. "There you go sir, anything else you need help with?" She asked with only a slight hint of sarcasm as she began to float away. The man was clearly flustered and began awkwardly stammering back at her "Uhhh, I mean thanks, I mean not really no, but, well... It was just really cool meeting you and it'd be neat to do this sometime without the dying part, so could I maybe get your number?" She paused for a moment, making a great effort not to roll her eyes and gave her standard customer service voiced reply of "Sorry, no, I don't give it out while I'm on the job, but you have a nice day." She turned away to fly off before turning her head back with the "now drop it" smile Lois had taught her and added. "And stay away from ledges for a while!" She took off at what felt like about eighty miles per hour while thinking to herself. "Rao above, that's the third time this week!"

Kara swooped downward, bringing her limbs as close to her body as she physically could to form the shape of a rocket until she was nearly level with the man, at which time she reached an arm out and yelled "Grab onto me!". Through the noise of the wind and his panicked state he seemed to somehow hear her and reached his own arm out and they inched closer to one another until they had each other hooked by their waists. "Now do as I do!" she yelled and without giving him time to respond reached her free arm upward, arched her back and split her legs to form an arc and increase their wind drag. The man followed as best he could and they began to soar upwards, now just a few stories from the ground and now they were headed back up to the level he had fallen from. Kara tried to stay focused on her target but she couldn't help but feel the man's eyes on her face so to defuse any tension she joked "Something on my face?", the man became flustered for a moment, making it hard to hold him and in hindsight the question became one of her less good ideas. "No, not at all. I just-, wasn't expecting you is all." the man finally said. Kara smirked at him as they finally arrived at the roof "Yeah, folks normally think it's gonna be my cousin, but I try not to get offended."
