Large man, me, Slam Campbell, taking a mirror selfie after my first shoulder exercise. Wearing colourful sneakers, jean shorts, a black tank top with Jay Cutler doing his signature quad stomp pose, and a purple backwards baseball cap. Hes large, kind of pink, and muscular. Read beard and moustache. A copper chain around his back, and a maroon headband around his wrist.

Same guy, but now slightly sweatier and redder, and his shoulders have taken on a more developed shape. Same pose and clothes.
