Things are so grim, but seeing the #DSPAN fam stay strong, supportive, motivated, and united is a beacon of hope.

They can cancel our program, but they can’t cancel the community we’ve formed.

To my fellow diversity scholars: this is not about merit. They know we’ve had to do more with less. It’s about blocking socioeconomic mobility. You EARNED your awards. You were awarded because of your excellence. Keep your heads up friends. We will get through this.
