Suka the Goat is an alchemist from ancient times who is obsessed with bringing out the feral beast within Mobians. Essentially forcing the regression of a Mobian to be more animal like. Her experiments lead to the locals banding together to end her but not before she transferred her spirit into a mask. With her supposed “death” all of her stuff as well as her body was locked and buried away.
