This is an outdoor photo of a throne made of numerous fake swords. The throne is at the base of a huge tree and is molded plastic or resin, dark gray or silver in color, with the swords standing upright under the armrests and fanning out like a pointy peacock tail for the backrest. On the throne is a teenage boy. He wears leg braces and uses forearm crutches, which dangle from his wrists as his hands hang over the armrests. He's dressed as a skeleton knight with a white skull mask with an open "smiling" jaw, a silver plastic chestplate with a gold dragon design, an olive-colored tunic, gray shorts, socks that make his lower legs look like bones, gloves that make his forearms and hands look like bones, and black and neon-green sneakers.
This is an outdoor photo of a man performing on the Wheel of Death. It is a large metal wheel made of open mesh, similar to a giant hamster wheel. The photo captures the wheel almost standing upright, with the man in silhouette jumping above the wheel. He would run along the outside or the inside of the wheel as it rotated. There are trees flanking either side of the photo, and a blue sky with puffy white clouds.
Went to the #DadeCity #RenaissanceFaire with my teen and his friend yesterday. Dirt paths can be tough with a wheelchair, but we enjoyed ourselves overall. So many good costumes! And staff, from the enthusiastic pickle woman to the Wheel of Death.
