Shaw writes a perfectly paced novella featuring complex characters, emotional growth, and a compelling plot. The profound connection between Luna and Misha despite all odds grants the reader hope as one witnesses their journey. While this is a short read, it is in no way rushed, and is a fabulous representation of Shaw's abilities for new readers looking for dark romance authors.
