If Jenkins wants the Bank Bashing to stop, then he should be arguing for reform of retail banking, return to regional banks rooted in their local economies, and a proper reckoning with the appalling behaviour during the post-crash #DashForCash, #MakeRetailBankingBoringAgain

There needs to be a judge led enquiry into the #DashForCash, it is inconceivable that the treasury could be, at best, unaware of the conduct.
The public need to understand that #PustOffice level wrongdoing wld be revealed, and people would likely go to jail. #forgery #fraud appalling misconduct.

I would remind the pride of the #NatWest Mortgage unit, #RachelReeves, that the #Banking regs she says are too tight, did not prevent the #Banks from engaging in industrial scale forgery during the #Darling / #Osborne #DashForCash. Banking culture has not changed one iota since 2008.
