A dragon-like manatee, with large spikes on its back, spinal protrusion on its eyebrows, shoulders and arms, wing flap under its arms, and elongated tail against some stylized water droplet framing it.

I'm playing with the CSP native pastel brush today. The manatee don't have a lot to work with in terms of colors and features, so I had to add some pizzazz.
