The empty beach stretches out before us, the sunrise a subtle blush on the horizon, the low tide waves breaking on the shore in near silence. Our footsteps make no sound as they press slowly into the soft sand. For a moment, we are all there is, hand in hand, as hints of stars still flicker above, the endless sky still on the cusp of day. With another memory put to paper, here’s some more (US) morning mellow.
