The lights of Manhattan glimmer from across the river as I pause at the corner and take a deep breath of the cool air. The headlights of early commuters speed by as I take in the scene, birds chirping in the trees around me, ready to greet the day. Brooklyn is slowly unfolding, awakening in its own time, but am I vanguard or just another traveler in the city that never sleeps? With larger thoughts than I should be having at 6am, here’s some more (US) morning mellow.
