There’s a premonition of summer in the air today, as the pre-dawn shadows quickly lose their sharp edges, softened by this bloom of warmth. And whilst the sky remains a stubborn grey, hints of colored sun have crept in at the edges. The birds sense the shift, the empty streets full of rapid chirps and whistles, as those thousands in the trees shout their encouragement. On the wings of that song, I feel a fine day coming.
