Someone remind him what the definition of democracy is please.

Had #DeanWinter and Labor won more seats than #JeremyRockliff and the Liberals, then Winter, purely in terms of earning a mandate, might be in a position to reneg on a pre-election promise that it was either a majority Labor government or nothing.

But Labor lost the popular vote. Simple as that.
