That's "democracy in America," not "theocracy in America." No faith community is entitled to rule the United States of America, regardless of whether it identifies with Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Shintoism, Animism, Taoism, Confucianism, Jainism, Sikhism, Paganism, Unitarian-Universalism, Pastafarianism or any other tradition. The second amendment to the U.S. Constitution states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
Hmm. That's the First Amendment, not the Second Amendment. But, yeah. That's how we are supposed to roll in the United States of America.
