Per #14thAmendment he must prove his innocence to force certification.

If we must have a dictator, an #incompent_dictator is the best kind.
#DerDonald is gathering the least competent into circle.
Example: #KristiNoem is completely unsuited for homeland security. This is the person who will lead #massDeportations. This will likely go like the #TrumpBorderWall.
