The work’s being carried out for #DerbyCityCouncil, some 11 years after the debacle of trying to construct a cycling track on a designated #LNR.

Almost 6 hours later, and a budget has been passed for Derby City Council. It was not the budget we proposed, but it’s a balanced budget nonetheless.
