Tonight's #DinnerAtTheTrailer was a vegetarian taco salad. I mixed sour cream into some salsa for the dressing then added some jalapeños.
The impossible ground was a couple old patties I found kicking around the freezer. I seasoned with cumin, onion & garlic powder, paprika, & cayenne pepper.
