Prehistoric Roguelike Dinotica Stampedes into Early Access The roguelike genre has always been a fun genre, but it could be so much better with some more Dinosaurs! The Action Roguelike RPG, Dinotica, has answered the call and is currently in early access! Developed by Celestial Studio, Dinotica brings the roguelike genre into the far flung past of Dinos and cavemen. You play as a humble human, working to survive out in the prehistoric wilds. However, you don’t just have to survive alone, as you have plenty of dinosaur pals to help you! Throughout the game, you’ll encounter many dinosaurs, which you can bring into your merry band. You can bring them into your explorations, empowering and fighting alongside you in the wilds. They aren’t just good for battle, though, as they have use back at your home base. Similar to other roguelikes like Darkest Dungeon, Loop Hero, and Cult of the Lamb, you build up a home base in between explorations. You build up farmland and buildings, using your dinosaurs to tend to your home. Whether it’s for resources, breeding dinosaurs, and growing your strength, your base is instrumental in your success.
