At Directions EMEA 2024, Microsoft unveiled some of the new features that will be introduced in Business Central 26, which will be released in connection with the rollout of Dynamics 365 2025 Release Wave 1, and it is quite clear that, also with the upcoming upgrade, they have a particular focus on expanding and improving the AI functionality. The new AI functions will include, among other things, accounting agent, ISV documentation as a knowledge source, ability to ask Copilot about errors, and opportunities to automate business processes will be further improved.
