Instructions say to send to Amanda Scales. She is not an OPM employee but works for Elon Musk. She has not been properly cleared by OPM Personnel Security. OPM's CIO, Melvin Brown was pushed aside (career public servant) one week into his tenure because he refused to set up email lists to send direct communications to each employee. These are usually left to each agency. Instead, an on-site email server was set up to make it appear emails are originating from OPM. It's the one sending the "test" messages you've all seen. We think they're building a massive employee email list to send mass reduction in force (RIF) notices. Non-political civil servants are watching helplessly as our government is being dismantled piece by piece. Even the IGs are being fired to prevent them from investigating the numerous whistle blower complaints that have been filed. "Please share this and tell the world OPM is not the bad guy. We're just as helpless to stop this as the rest if our public servants. Hopefully someone out there can help us out, but it's looking pretty grim."

Has never witnessed anything like current situation. "Hostile take-over of federal civil service." "In no uncertain terms - OPM has been compromised and taken over. The very backbone of American Govt, the HR of all HR in US govt has been taken over...they have managed to push aside...non-politicals, career civil servants who were there specifically to prevent the civil service from becoming the President's henchmen." Current acting director, Charles Ezell is low-level branch chief. A "yes" man. He never says "no." They pushed aside all high-level non-political civil servants who refused to do DT's bidding until they found Ezell.
