If Genocyber represented one end of the Ultra Violent OVA spectrum (All blood, no story), #DoomedMegalopolis represents the other (All unpleasant, very little story). The only thing this is good for is a time capsule of an era that's over, even then as a cautionary one.

I can't get into how it is as an adaptation, never read the original books, but I can also tell that it tried to cram a lot into 4 eps...and it's main focus wasn't being coherent, it was shock and awe...in a bad way. #DoomedMegalopolis
