So i sprained my ankle and need some crutches and tried DoorDash. I said Refund, not Substitute if not available. But the shopper brought a cane instead!? I refused delivery and requested a full refund. DoorDash said this case does not meet their criteria for a refund!!??

NB: I tipped the driver extra for finally getting my order to me despite the #horribleDoorDash system.

Doordashers should not be allowed to pick up multiple orders to the point that even after almost 2 hours the food still isn't delivered. That shit is cold now. #doordashsucks
