Actress #DorothyJordan (1906 – 1988)

Ms. Jordan made her screen debut in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘸 (1929), and appeared in 22 more films over the next four years. In 1933, she married 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘰𝘯𝘨 filmmaker Merian C. Cooper, then went on to co-found Argosy Productions with director John Ford in 1947.
