After departing Washington, DC by bus on February 12, the monks will arrive downtown early on the 14th. Around 8:00 AM, everyone is invited to walk together the last ~6 miles, returning to Hương Đạo Vipassana Bhavana Center—the place where this peaceful 2,300-mile journey first began. This is a true homecoming. 110 days of walking for peace, patience, and presence—now coming back home. 🕊 Homecoming Walk 📍 Start: Downtown Fort Worth 🕗 Time: Around 8:00 AM, February 14, 2026 🚶 Distance: Approximately 6 miles 🏠 Destination: Hương Đạo Vipassana Bhavana Center (4717 E Rosedale St, Fort Worth, TX 76105) 🕊 Peace Gathering Upon arrival, all are welcome to join a peace gathering at the center to celebrate the completion of the journey. Final starting location and route details will be shared closer to the date on the official Walk For Peace page and live map, with updates posted as February 14 approaches. The Walk for Peace team would be deeply honored to walk alongside the community on this final day and share the gratitude and joy of returning home together. Everyone is welcome.
