Not only is the wren one of my spirit guides, but they also frequent my yard (indeed, I have dubbed our little home Wren's Rest). Being resourceful and cunning are good things, so long as you are honest about who's back you raised yourself up on. These traits can easily go dark side, so try to use them in a way to advance life for others as well as yourself.

Today’s Card: Time to sharpen ideas Today, two dragons vied for attention: Earth and Air. Ultimately, I felt the Earth Dragon was for me personally (a message about inner reserves) and that Air Dragon was stronger for the question of what do WE need to see today. So many of us are consumed by the news of the world right now. The Hind is here with an invitation to the Otherworld, reminding us that the magical time of Beltaine is near and that we need to balance our lives with both the physical and mundane with the magical and spiritual.

Today’s Card: Things are changing, but Hare, intuition will see you through Hare (Gaelic: Gearr) – Rebirth, Intuition, Balance Description: The card shows the original hare of Britain – the Arctic hare, which was later replaced by the common town hare, probably imported by the Romans from the plains of Central Europe. It is nearly dawn but we can still see the moon in the sky. In the background stands a dolmen – symbol of rebirth – and in the foreground we can see a lapwing’s nest, with the eggs that were said to have been brought by the hare.

Today’s Card: Transmute anger, distractions into focused energy It always feels odd to me when we get a card like this for the weekend, but this honestly feels pretty spot on. Many of us feel our energy being pulled in different directions, sometimes leaving us listless. For others, its comes out in anger. I have been trying to regroup after some disappointing news, so I do understand how it's not always easy to come out a funk.

Today’s Card: Nourish yourself and your community While yesterday's cards clearly pointed to making magic, today we have cards that lean toward taking care of oneself and community - through both leadership and protection as well as nourishment and preparation. The cow is a comforting card, and she was flanked by Bee (community, celebration, organization) and Boar (warrior spirit, leadership, direction). For me, I've already been taking steps toward connecting with others in the community for mutual aid.

Today’s Card: Hind guides us to work on spirit, with feminine energy The White Hind and the White Hart both have strong mythological links and they represent the Otherworld and the world of the Fae. The Hind also signifies feminine energy, which we all have even if we identify as male. It might be time to tap into that energy and weave it into your life. Beyond that, this card call us to the really of spirit, to look beyond the mere material.

Today’s Card: Which Bird is THE Bird? A feathery messenger for 2025 OK, first of all, all three cards I pulled were birds. Sometimes this sort of thing happens, but it felt strange to me today, so I drew another of the top and the bottom of the deck. Guess what? BOTH were birds too. Clearly, we were meant to get a message from a bird today. The Owl was definitely the strongest, energy-wise.
