A screenshot of Dwarf Fortress. We are in the caverns. Much of the cavern floor is covered with a grey material and the cursor is apparently pointing at some ashes. An observant reader might notice that there's a small amount of magma around an obsidian wall that's partly marked for mining.
Last time in #DwarfFortress, I discovered that those unusual volcanic walls are dangerous after all. But also that they can contain artifact crossbows. So maybe we should mine them, but more carefully.

I’m glad that #dwarffortress now runs at 100+ FPS with a population of 125+ dwarves, plus a whole host of domesticated animals too. It’s now also great when sieges with 100+ invaders happen! Thank goodness for all the new performance optimizations. I cap FPS to 140 or else it’s too fast, LOL

A screenshot of Dwarf Fortress. We are underground, near the front of the fortress. There is a cloud of miasma and we're examining the rotten mutilated corpse of Momuz Kûbukletmos. It is spattered with Momuz Lancecobalt's chicken blood and also with elf blood.
