In the #menopause session, it was discussed that women’s health (and men’s) should be discussed as part of an annual review.
One adult physician from Manchester mentioned that menopause can unmask #neurodivergence, with a fifth of their patients diagnosed or awaiting assessment. #ECFS
In the indicators for lung transplant in the modulator era session, a person aged 57 with #cysticfibrosis said “I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve felt in a long time and this was a second chance of life” after her lung transplant 10 years ago. She wouldn’t have been eligible for modulators. #ECFS
