September started with #EHPS2024 – saw many dear colleagues again, including a team meeting with @drbeccak.bsky.social, @alearuf.bsky.social and Max. We were then looking forward to welcoming about 3000 German-speaking psychologists in Vienna, but couldn't because of horrible flooding :(
Enjoying pasteis de nata in Lisbon
In August, it was time for a summer staycation in Munich and lots of yummy food. I also travelled to Lisbon for #EHPS2024 and enjoyed the weekend (and many pasteis de nata) in the city.
Throwback to #EHPS2024 in beautiful Cascais, Portugal! Such a fabulous conference!

In short - an at-home smartphone intervention reduced smartphone use by ~2.5hrs PER DAY in teenagers. More data to be analysed, watch this space! 🔍📱
