A2: When we announced the speakers for #AAS20 (a mix of BIPOC and white speakers) long-time AAS members complained that we didn't have any serious researchers and were ruining the conference. This critique persisted through the conference. #ELEVATETHECONVO
A2: BIPOC receive less information about treatment, are more likely to be given inappropriate treatment referrals and recommendations for their presenting problems and are misdiagnosed when they have the same presenting symptoms as Whites #ElevateTheConvo
