Raven, a lone survivor of a tribe of elves that once wandered the plains. One day her tribe was attacked and she and her wolf-friend, Moonsinger were the only survivors; with Moonsinger dragging an unconscious Raven as far as she could before collapsing in the jungle known as "The Endless Green". Though she doesn't know it yet, she is a healer. Her powers have just never fully manifested.
Feathermoss, the older twin of her tribe, "The Enduring"'s chief, Silverblade. Without anyone in their tribe with the powers of a healer since their grandmother, Feathermoss took to being the healer of their tribe--practicing herbal remedies as well as practical ones (such as setting broken bones). Being twins, Feathermoss and Silverblade have always known each other's soulnames.
Silverblade, the Enduring's chief. Typically inherited as a title (but earned through deeds), their chief's mark isn't the knot like the Wolfriders. It's more similar to that of say, the Gliders. Voll had his crown, but the Enduring had a thin leather strip with a single ruby on it. Though the memories are dim (even glimpsed through dreamberries) it is said the gem came to be when the first of their cast-off tribe (perhaps members from Two-Spear's wayward group) arrived in the Green; where he reached into the river and pulled out a gem. The gem's edges were so sharp that it cut their leader and his blood stained the gem red. Thus it became the mark of their chiefdom. Though Silverblade is younger, he acts far more mature than his sister.
Though they don't know it yet, Silverblade and Raven are lifemates. Just hasn't happened yet lol
