YES to reviving a visionary idea from long ago: #FreewayRemoval, on Portland's #EastWaterfrontPDX, as PDX famously did first, in 1974 on W. side. Mostly outside #OvertonWindow now, imo needs bringing in. Eg b/c the coming #CascadiaFault quake will wreck the highway now there
